My name is Lyudmila Arkadyevna Grudtsyna, and I come from Moscow, Russia. As an Honorary Board Member and International Advisor of Tiens, I have walked alongside the company for 26 years. When I joined on May 14, 1999, I knew nothing about network marketing. It was the patient guidance of mentors like Lyubov Ivanovna Mozhestova that helped me—a “senior-aged newcomer”—find my way in this field.

Just one month after joining, I set out to develop the business in the Urals. A year later, at a celebration held in the “Russia” Hall on Moscow’s Red Square, I won my very first car—a moment that made me firmly believe Tiens is a stage where ordinary people can truly shine. Since then, countless awards and honors have followed. Each one has been a recognition of my dedication and a testament to the value of this business.

Breaking Barriers and Holding Steady: Uniting Team Strength Through Storms and Challenges

In these 26 years, challenges have never been absent. The most difficult time came when two core leaders left and their teams were on the verge of collapse. I took the initiative to step in, communicate with each member, and rebuild their confidence—eventually stabilizing the situation. When the team in Ukraine was paralyzed due to unrest, we restructured and innovated our methods, helping partners regroup and reignite their drive. Today, seeing their continued growth fills me with pride—preserving the team is the achievement I cherish most.

Beyond the business, charity has long been a part of our DNA. From Russia to Tajikistan, from Europe to Kazakhstan, my team has continuously brought warmth to the elderly, children, and people in disaster-affected areas. We also participated in the “Plant One Million Cedars in Russia” campaign to contribute to a greener planet. These acts of kindness have made me realize that the Tiens “big family” is not only a community of business, but also a community of love.

Learning AI at 74: When Experience and Innovation Spark Brilliance

Who would have thought that in 1999, when I knew nothing about network marketing, I would be working side by side with artificial intelligence at the age of 74? Tiens' technological innovations have amazed me: neural translators have eliminated language barriers for international teams, smart algorithms help me understand the needs of younger partners, and digital systems can create personalized growth plans for newcomers. These tools are not just cold lines of code—they are bridges that make communication more efficient and the passing of knowledge more seamless.

I often say that the secret to staying young is simple: always stay curious about new things and use the most advanced tools to share your experience. Just like our team’s motto: “Work at Tiens until 120 years old, then travel the world.” Over the years, I’ve traveled to China more than 30 times with Tiens, witnessed the Guinness-recorded celebrations in Nice, and left footprints in Japan, the U.S., and beyond—and this is only the beginning.

After 26 years, Tiens’ core has never changed: it always centers on people’s dreams. The secret to success is also simple: pursue excellence with persistence, continue learning and sharing, and make full use of every tool to keep the Tiens chain eternally connected.

Today, at the age of 74, I’m still studying neural networks, still leading a team, and still doing charity work. Because I know: the story of Tiens will always have new chapters—and we will always be on the journey.
